This is the third mortgage Matt and team have obtained for me, and every time they have been incredible. They've found better affordability and better rates than I have on the market, meaning we could afford a bigger house than we thought. We were recommended Gordon Associates by a friend and we are so happy we chose them as our mortgage advisors. Throughout the whole process everything was made easy, explained well to us efficiently and response time was incredibly fast. Matt kept us in the loop at all times and even after we had our offer constantly checked wether there were better rates up until the end. Actually getting the offer was made so simple by Matt, especially being self employed, I found any worries i may have had were taken away completely after discussing with him! Myself and my husband were able to message with any questions at any time and we were kept up to date on video calls throughout the process. Katie was able to get both life insurance and home insurance sorted out for us so promptly! We video called with her to discuss our needs and the next day our quotes were through on email!
